Pinnacle... poof! Gone! And it's gone!
Hello Bugnie,
1. So, I had one pinnacle at 2010 which I infused into the Masquerader's Helm Festival Mask.
I log in today, and poof! Gone! It's at power 0.
You stole a pinnacle from my character.
2. The other day I was playing the exotic Starcrossed. On the 2nd completion, I'm supposed to get a pinnacle. Nope. Got only 2009. Why?
Can you credit me 2 pinnacles? I need helmet, gauntlets, boots, or heavy--any 2 will do just fine. One for Starcrossed, and another for setting the Mask to power 0, robbing me of that pinnacle.

P.S. This happening just leave such a bad, [b][I]bad[/I][/b] feeling--it just makes one not want to play the game.

4 RepliesUnlike every other smug response to your issue, I get it. Sure, it's obvious to people who have been playing for years that the power goes to zero at the end of the event, but it's not obvious to a new player who just relies on in game cues. The online description of the FotL event at the Destiny site and the "power benefit" warning in the item description should not be the only clues. It should be made crystal clear in the description that power drops to zero after the event. Also, infusion into the mask should be slow, like deleting an exotic, with a clear warning that you are losing the infused power after the event with no refund. Sorry for your loss. 9 RepliesYou should know about this, but instead, you are here, complaining, this is all on you, the same happens with solstice, the dawning and guardian games, once is over, the item related to the event is reduced to 0 power, so glad in my case, i use the pinnacle on my normal headgear.
