Stormdancer's Brace doesn't work while transcendent
When activating Stormtrance using Stormdancer's Brace while transcendent, the super energy refund doesn't activate (damage increase from the exotic works). I was also using Facet of Justice but the explosions work fine and I'm pretty sure the problem is caused by being transcendent.
