Wish Keeper Needs a buff
Snareweaver needs a buff, it takes too long to proc.

2 RepliesWell, precision kills while enemy is ensnared does give you 2 charges. Also, if you run Hatchling perk, if a Threading generated from the Bow gets a kill, it also will add a stack to your Snareweaver. It's nice to just get passive charges.
