Will Warden's Favor impact tonic potency for focused loot?
I think it might.
On the Eve before PoE... "ToE".
I'm not saying the loot is stingy, because you'll get drops everywhere...
However, you seem to get more drops in Onslaught Salvation... which makes sense.
So, it would also make sense that tonics for them to be more potent in Tomb of Elder's and directly benefiting from that Warden's Favor mechanic.
I got my Liturgy early this morning... I wasn't keeping an exact tally... but somewhere around 30 tonics to get "THE ROLL". That's 20-30 hrs because there is some idle/wasted time.
And though I was tired, I felt that feeling again...
Enhancement OVER crafting... 100%. @Bungie... don't reverse course... Tassi isn't the worst journalist covering this game... still, he doesn't know ****.
Blinding, Slideways, Chill Clip felt awesome when it dropped.
Rather than... here's another fully crafted God Roll to put in my vault.
And yeah, it increases play time... In about 5-10 hrs every previous season, I'd have every pattern and crafted every single roll I wanted from seasonal weapons.
I think 20-30 hrs for a darn near perfect roll, it had a velocity masterwork 😣.... 😁, that's fair.
So, by the math... 10x the expected playtime for a "GOD ROLL" seems right in-line with what it should be.
Later... like a year from now, that's when you introduce the "catch-up"....
"Single-perked"
Crafted variants of the weapons. So, the natural dops will ALWAYS have value via multi-perked variants and the updated tier enhancement system starting in Apollo.
100%... THIS is the way!
