a couple weeks ago I was banned for no reason, playing PVP one night then woke up the next morning and account was banned, have made an appeal but that's not been looked at and no reason for the ban has been given, my match history shows just been playing solo PVP quickplay with mediocre results (not the best at PVP but was just trying to get the seasonal weapon), in fact most of what I play is solo or matchmade, posting as I would like to get some help from anyone if possible, thanks.
