Have done Spire 60 times. No bow yet.
Has anyone else had this issue? What is the deal? I’m feeling extremely frustrated.

Have you done all the triumphs that increase drop rate? Imo if you finish the seal for an activity, the next run should give you the exotic. Unfortunately Bungie is obsessed with making their game unrewarding because they know players are addicted and they can just keep doing what they’re doing and people will still suffer and play. Kinda disrespectful tbh.

Do the exotic boosts. I’ve gotten all my exotics the following week after having my boosts (sure there’s some RNG luck in there as well)

[b]Spire of the Watcher[/b] has five RNG boosting Triumphs that improve your chances of getting [b]Hierarchy of Needs[/b] upon completion; you have completed only one such Triumph. The remaining boosts can be earned for Solo, Flawless, Solo Flawless and Master completions. You would do well to complete as many of these Triumphs as is practicable to increase your likelihood of getting the drop. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)

Drop rate is estimated to be ~5% base. There's no pity mechanic so you're no more likely to get it after x attempts. The only ways to increase odds of it dropping are the specific triumphs that state they improve initial drop rate. I think they are tied to gathering the collectibles, a clear on master, and then solo / flawless / solo flawless. We also don't know how much of a boost these each give. We had to do ~45 runs for one of my friends to get it, it really can be a pain.
