I purchased the 1000(+100) Silver bundle from the Xbox online store half an hour ago and I still haven't received it. I play on my Xbox account but on PC, just in case that´s the issue.
What should I do?

Check your email receipt to make sure you purchased the PC version of the silver. Silver is platform locked, so buying the console version of it wont be added to your PC silver balance. If you bought the correct one have a read through this article: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497031-Contact-Form-Missing-Silver and if necessary fill in a ticket using the Submit Request option at the bottom. If you bought the incorrect version, contact MS for a refund.
