Hi Bungie Support, I'm writing to ask for some account support with removing someone from my friends list which I am unable to do in-game or through bungie.net. I recall them mentioning something along the lines of abusing a bug to change their name multiple times above the allowed limit and I believe this has caused a bug which prevents them from successfully being unfriended. I'd love some support with this as it's been bugging me quite a bit since around July of 2024. When I try to remove them in-game, it appears to work at first, but then they return momentarily, or whenever I sign in next, and when attempting through Bungie.net I simply get the rather unhelpful message of "error removing friend" which doesn't solve my problem either. It would be great to have this bug resolved or their account removed from my friends list manually by someone internally. Thanks!
