Facet of blessing not working with charged melee for example concercration which is a melee If I'm correct so please fix or atleast change the description of the fragment For anyone titan that doesn't know what I'm on about remove knock-out aspect then use the facet of blessing with prismatic you will get no health back atall unless using a normal melee which isn't good for anything outside of public events
