It looks like the 10,000 Silver bundle in the US Steam store may have a pricing issue. The silver packs start from 500 silver for $4.99 and there is bonus silver added to each pack as the pack sizes go up. The bonus amount goes up to incentivize purchase of higher tier packs. However, the largest pack seems to miss that trend and actually costs more for the same amount of silver as the prior tier: You get 6K of silver for $49.99 >> Buy two 6K packs (12K) for $99.98. You get 12K of silver as a single pack for $99.99 So not only the 12K (10K+2K) does not have any extra bonus silver compared to the 2x prior tier, the 12K costs $0.01 more if it is bought as a single bundle instead of two 6K (5K+1K) silver packs. I suspect this might be in error so making this post to bring it to Bungie's attention.
