First of all, apologies for my bad English it is not my mother tongue.
I don't know whether Bungie Store Support would see this or if this post would get any traction but I have no more options left. I emailed Bungie Store last October 9, 2024 and until now I have yet to receive a response about my order.
I ordered a Riven Plushie back in June 25, 2024. It took a while for them to ship it but I was patient since I am currently living in the Philippines. Now, they gave me a tracking number and from it I discovered that it arrived in my country last September 23, 2024. As I am writing this post, it is November 12, 2024 which means 2 months have already passed and I have yet to receive my order. In a single day (which is the day I made this post), I went to my Postal Office and the UPS to find my order/shipment. Their response is that they don't know where it is currently and that I should contact the Sender. I did that already last October 9, 2024 and I only got an automated response. Please Bungie if you can see this, follow up my order and track where it is currently. I just want to know where it is so I can pick it up by myself. I want to buy other cool stuff from you but from this single experience as well as others (that I've read while making this), it is just very discouraging and disheartening.

Hey there, Bungie Store is a completely different entity to Bungie in general, no one here can offer support on Bungie Store issues. If you've contacted Bungie Store through their own contact channel, all you really do is wait, no one here can help expedite it.
