Higher ground perk - bygones - nerf
That perk needs to be nerfed....I know Bungie...u need people to grind -blam!-....but giving something like kill clip for free just by taking higher ground is stupid. It is too strong on pulse rifles.

Adjust your play, get the Bygones roll or quit for a while.

You are deep throating the copium tank if you think a .6ttk with mostly body shots is not out of band. & much like speakers sight, high ground has far to many levers to activate the perk. I also expect closing time to catch a nerf similar to opening shot with 50% less effectiveness on special weapons. Along with some nerfs to titan kit, knucklehead radar, and storms edge super.
