Whisper of chill not reloading Wicked Implement
The Stasis Shard created by the Whisper of chill fragment doesn't seem to refill the magazine of Wicked Implement, even though it should.
I tested with other ways to generate Stasis Shard ( Wicked Implement, and all 3 "Harvest" Stasis Aspect ) and the weapon reloads just fine.
Is this intended ?
