Ive completed placement series, I am Bronze 1 and I cannot claim any weapons under Arcites keepsakes from shaxx in the tower, I’ve played more than 7 crucible matches and claimed all weekly challenges. Is this a glitch? If so can you fix this for me? Can provide screenshots if needed
