  • Hi Guardians! An update of this issue for you guys. Bungie recovered my Stadia cross save with all my characters, dungeon keys, weapons, armour, DLC s annual passes, everything. It is possible even if you disabled cross save. Thx again Bungie, so appreciated.

Hey there. When you purchased the annual pass editions, the keys and passes (which count as in-game Eververse purchases regardless of buying them through Epic) became attached to the account that was Active in your cross-save setup. For you, that was Stadia. Even though you may have bought the annual pass editions on Epic Games, these in-game purchaes always get linked to the Active account, which may originate from another platform, rather than be something that 'belongs' to the purchasing account, unlinke the expansion packs themselves, ie The Final Shape. Now you've deactivated cross-save, the keys and passes are still there, on your Stadia account, they do not move nor duplicate to your actual Epic Games account. So this is expected that you can't access them on Epic. There's an allowance for people who buy annual pass editions first and then set cross-save up, immediately making the passes and key dormant because they selected the incoming account as Active, making the pass-purchasing account dormant. But this is a case where you've played the content on one platform account already, and you're now asking that they be moved to another account - this is not something Bungie offers. The usual fix is to wait for the cooldowns to elapse and set cross-save up again. Unfortunately this is not possible with Stadia, any cross-save that included Stadia characters had to remain set up permanently, as once cancelled, the characters and anything they own, are lost for good. Sure, you could try the missing Eververse form, but I am not sure if anything can be done in this situation. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items Otherwise if you want to access them on Epic, you'd need to repurchase them through Eververse.
