Survey silver dropped on wrong platform
I completed the user survey for 500 silver but when i hover over the silver icon it shows that it's on another platform. i was wondering if i could get this transferred to the correct platform so that i can use it to purchase the season pass?

Hey there, it's likely a cross-save related mishap. Am I right in saying you launch the game on XBox, but the Silver has been assigned to you on PSN, which is where your Active characters originate from? Then since you (assuming further) do not have a PS, you can't just launch the game and spend the Silver there? Last time I saw this, Bungie advised the player to use the Missing Silver form and explain the circumstances, that the Silver was an award from Bungie, but has been assigned to the incorrect platform, you need it on whichever platform you log in with. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497031-Contact-Form-Missing-Silver
