Problems with cross save - unwanted accounts
Hello
I recently had my main account (steam) stolen, once I recovered it and while I was playing destiny I noticed that I had cross save active, when checking on bungie.net I had two linked accounts which do not belong to me, one from microsoft and another from epic games
How can I unlink these accounts? Clearly I do not have the data to deactivate cross save in the normal way and I cannot unlink my steam account and link it to a new bungie account because I have to deactivate cross save first, what other options do I have?
I fear that this could put at risk the more than 2000+ hours that I have in destiny, please I need help.

4 RepliesBungie will not forcefully remove those accounts for you. You will need to work with the platforms to gain access to said accounts. (They won't help) So your cross save is permanent if said platforms can't help you.
