Not sure on specific tuning, but here are some general critiques
Bows:
Need a more defined role and better distinction between archetypes
Sidearms:
Lightweight and Burst Frames feel relatively okay but Adaptive, Precision, and Rapid-Fire frames need to hit harder
SMGs:
Need to be much stronger against minors, may need individual archetype tuning
Trace Rifles:
Need to be realized as super heavy duty auto rifles, with much greater damage to minors, majors, and even mini-bosses, also need more range and possibly increased reserves

I think the biggest problem with sidearms, smgs, and trace rifles in pve is they don't have enough range to be reliably used by controller players, especially if you like to do high level endgame content. I know on PC smgs were meta for a while since they can mitigate recoil and reliably hit enemies at long ranges. As for bows, they are great for high-level endgame, but awful at everything else. They are just too slow to use for ad clear. Honestly it would almost be better if they made bows special ammo and buffed their damage and ease of use, meanwhile gave trace rifles a slight nerf and made them primaries.
