Bug? : Operation Seraph's Shield: Fireteam Finder __For_Expert_Mode__
Hi, before you tell me that "Seraph's Shield" is the "Episodic Exotic Quest Rotator", I know that. The issue I'm having is that I cannot create an "Exotic Quest Rotator" Or "Seraph's Shield" in [b][u]Expert[/u] Mode[/b].
Is there a specific way anyone knows to make this happen? Or is this just a bug?
