Can't change date of birth
I believe the linked page [url]https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024632-Contact-Form-Data-Privacy-Requests[/url] should contain a form to change the incorrectly entered date of birth. But it doesn't, there is only "Submit Request" button that does nothing. "Sign in" (top-right corner) doesn't work for help.bunige.net domain as well (it just redirrects to the main page of help.bungie.net)
Using latest version of Chrome browser (checked in different browsers too).

Does the same thing happen if you try signing in via your phone browser? One thing to try is using incognito and then using the sign in option on the main page https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us and then navigating to the privacy requests page.
