A friend and I are softlocked at the second message pickup for the quest step. We had wiped after triggering the operator panels, before grabbing the pickup. After respawning, neither the operator panels, operator/scanner terminals, or the message pickup had reappeared. The third message pickup and operator panels were unaffected by this and were able to be completed successfully, but the quest cannot progress without the second message pickup. Waiting for weekly reset, switching characters, or restarting the dungeon have not fixed this issue. We are unable to progress to collect the second secret chest or go after the Icebreaker catalyst because of this issue.
