Sometimes when you are shooting another player with Tommy's Matchbook, no damage coming out from Tommy's will be registered. I know there are some damage glitches were the damage is being dealt but you just can't see it (this happens a lot with sidearms). It's not the same for Tommy's though, that damage is not being dealt and that's an issue because it affects the weapon's TTK and it deals no flinch to the enemy player. I suspect it has something to do with the way Ignition Trigger works, since this bug is usually more consistent when the perk is active or close to being active. I love Tommy's, I've used it a lot but this bug makes it extremely frustrating to use. I know this won't be in the top of your priorities, but it's a bug that's been around ever since the weapon launched and it's never been officially acknowledged by Bungie before.
