The amount of bugs in Destiny 2 of late is seriously getting out of hand. Every time there is new content added or a new patch lands, a wave of new issues is introduced. Just look at when Revenant was launched... there were so many issues with the new content and tonics or quests that it boggles my mind how these were missed during development. Does Bungie not QA these things? Then there's the long standing issues such as the forced name changes (which by all accounts seems to have gotten worse since Tuesdays patch), clan creation issues, ignition bugs, buggy dungeon quests, bugs with rewards from dungeon chests, triumph issues, Caydes fate bug and not to mention the plethora of additional issues with the game at large. What's going on Bungie? The issues this game has wouldn't be tolerated in other games out there, and while users are frustrated as hell over the list of issues Destiny 2 has... things don't seem to ever improve. I'm aware that everything can't be tested or accounted for 100%, but it just seems that more and more issues are introduced and literally weeks or months go by before anything is fixed or addressed.
