Hello, I have been noticing an issue with the Foetracer Hunter exotic helmet with its perk. I am trying to get the damage buff with solar damage, but it is not giving me the x4 Solar Weapon buff. I am using my solar abilities on strong enemies (yellow/orange health bar and bosses) and it is not giving me the buff. I have tested it in private Crucible matches with some buddies and they tested it and experience the same problem. The only thing working is the part of the perk that highlights the target and killing them drops the elemental drop, in this case, the Fire Sprite. Although, if I test it on all other subclasses, it gives the designated x4 Weapon Surge as specified. Is this a known issue that has been going on for a while or is this a new occurrence with the new season? Anyone know about this?
