Raiju's Harness has had a rework this Episode and it seems to be broken. The part about jolting while casting your super works perfectly, however the second half doesn't work like it says. First, getting kills against arc debuffed enemies doesn't grant more super energy than against non-debuffed enemies. Second, after casting your super, it actually refunds anywhere from a quarter to half your super, and it seems randomish. I tried having multiple enemies in my area to die to the jolting from the cast and it still would give random amounts back. Either the functionality was implemented incorrectly, or the description is wrong and should be updated.
