Just got back into the game after a few months break. Starting working on the legend title and my progress for the "disapointment" triumph is stuck at 0/10. I've probably decrypted over 15 engrams now with and without the veteran armor on and I've made no progress. I've tried searching for solutions but I've only found a few other forum posts of people stating they are having the same issue but no responses saying if this is bugged or if bungie is working on fixing it. Any one else having this issue or know of anything going on with it?
