The series of cutscenes are bugging and are showing floating assets (i think this is because the helm is now crashed on the last city wall) and were your gaurdian is looking at the traveler there are a bunch of glitching buildings I don't know if this happens every time or if it was a one time thing. but i think it is important to look into it because it can ruin the experience for people seeing it for the first time Thank you Have a good day
