So this isn't an issue that's affecting me directly. However my dad, who plays Destiny 2 with me regularly, is essentially locked out of brewing any tonics. The quest for brewing the tonics, that occurs each time a tonic recipe is selected for brewing, is stuck on the 2nd step (activating the equipment to brew and taste test the tonics). A prompt appears to activate the brewing equipment, however does not progress the quest when interacting with it, nor does it actually brew any tonics for testing. This is affecting each character, as my dad has tried creating new tonics on each character in hopes that it will remedy the situation to no effect. And, as the quest cannot be abandoned, it also cannot be reset.
