Name change tokens
How does one go about checking how many they have? This would be my first time ever changing my bungie name so by my count I thought I should have 2 tokens.
Since the Bungie name change debacle back in August I’ve been trying to change my name, but to no avail. The settings don’t save and it doesn’t explain what I’m doing wrong. Supposedly you aren’t able to choose your old name due to some hidden list of sorts so I’ve been doing adjustment after adjustment and nothing even obscure seems to stick. I’d greatly appreciate some help on the matter, thanks.

1 ReplyHey there, there is no way to check. By default, users have 3 name changes available to them - doesn't matter if you weren't playing during the time each was granted. Name changes are currently unavailable. This is an issue that arose when Episode: Revenant launched. This is a different issue to the one where players whose names were changed unnecessarily in August. Bungie has tried to unlock those names, but this has not worked for everyone. So the choice there is to keep waiting or go with something different (once the above issue is solved).
