On phases 4 and onward of the final boss, any one of three viral carriers just won’t spawn. This has happened 3 times in a row and even twice in one run. If Operator or Suppressor don’t spawn, the run is dead and has to be restarted where it’ll just happen again. It is consistent and just leads to final boss on master not being able to be completed.
