When amplified, blinding lasts longer and also applies jolt, as well as amplifying allies nearby.
Edit: reading these comments, I believe that this would be better as a melee ability.

How long does the blind last? Otherwise seems useless with how many options there are for blinding without using your super.

I would like to see a “Lightning Surge” Super. How about the warlock gets two charges per super usage. Upon casting the super, they start blinking forward short distances back to back. Each time they teleport forward, they create a shockwave and leave behind a small storm. This all takes place upon first cast. Enemies will be blinded within the area and the storms will have a relatively decent range. Upon the second cast, the Warlock will be launched up in the air, where they then super charge each remaining Storm, and large bolts of lighting will strike down, including upon the location of the Warlock. Think similar to Landfall, but now in a straight line and spread out. I honestly think this might be the least Viable super in the game if implemented, but hey, it would be cool as all -blam!-. Maybe they could make it teleport through walls and enemies (of a certain size.) to increase its viability in PvP, while also explaining why it has the second cast function (for gun fights. You don’t want to be stuck in the secondary animation while they gun you down.)
