Scout Rifle shield breaker mod does not work with Wicked Implement
Why?!

Definitely try using fragments and things that grant you “radiant” that you know you can spam so you can still have anti barrier properties on wicked implement if you want to continue using it bud(:

Yeah they did it on purpose because they didn’t want one weapon to counter every champion… which is stupid but ok Bungie I guess it’s your game and not ours… even though we have been paying you guys for 10 years

This is intentional. It already stuns overload and unstoppable champions.
