Hello everyone I'd went to get the Facet of awakening with a friend and the chest was on top of the tree, but I couldn't open it while he was able to do it. Then we farmed vestiges of light and I went back to get the chest and it wasn't showing up. I did tried to restart the game like 4 times. I did tried going to orbit and tower and then going back to pale heart to the same spot for Facet of awakening and nothing. Now I've tried to verify the integrity of the files and nothing I also tried 2 guides to fix the problem I've found on reddit about deleting the vestiges of light and farm them again to open the chest. And now they don't even get dropped and also the chest stills not showing up. I don't know if there's something like a cooldown for the chest or it does have to show up on the map by a random day/week to grab it. Or do I have to farm the rest of fragments like following an specific order. I really need this fragment for building my character so I would appreciate a lot the help
