Tombstone emote bugging above 30 FPS
The tombstone emote from Festival of the Lost is getting placed significantly higher off the ground than intended when used. The higher my FPS seems to be, the higher it's placed off the ground.Capping frames at 30 FPS fixes the issue, and places it on the ground normally.
