ABout VPN usage
I have a question:
Facts:
According to the TOS, network manipulation is a bannable offense.
And a VPN is network manipulation.
Unfortunately Discord has just been banned in my country.
Now my question is the following:
Would I get banned if:
a) Play with VPN ? (Not my main choice as it'd affect game connection speed)
b) Do tunnel splitting and pass discord through an active VPN & let the game flow normally from usual channels ?

VPN is not network manipulation unless you are purposely connecting to services to cause interruption of Destiny network traffic with intent to disrupt the experience of other players or to gain an advantage in the game. A VPN alone will not earn you a ban, so you are free to use it. Full ban policy at http://bungie.net/ban -
B) should work fine; enable Split Tunneling and whitelist Destiny 2 so that it doesn't use the VPN.
