Actium War Rigs is a simple yet effective exotic, it automatically partially reloads your Auto Rifle or Machine Gun as you fire. That's fine and all but other weapon specific exotics have better traits, for example: Peacekeepers and Lucky Pants grants major stat bonuses and damage, Cenotaph gives ammo refunded when allies kill marked targets, and Knucklehead Radar boosts all weapons with its HUD boosting abilities and giving damage increases to low health targets.
So what do I propose? We should take a page out of the Sweet Business rework and give Actium War Rigs the ability to load an boosted damage explosive payload round into your magazine every time it automatically reloads your weapon. This would make building specifically into auto rifles and machine guns strong in PVE while balanced in PVP.
Benefits to the Sandbox with this change:
Sweet Business would technically have double the explosions because both its perk and the reowkred Actium War Rigs would stack into each other providing double the explosive rounds per burst of bullets!
Cerberus +1 could have 4 explosions from that singular round when firing because it fires 4 bullets per bullet providing very unique interactions, especially with its catalyst!
Quicksilver Storm is the explosive auto rifle of all time, and it would be even more explosive with Actium feeding it an explosive round every time it automatically reloaded!
Deterministic Chaos could actually become a good weapon if the explosion also sets off the Volatile proc increasing its damage in PVE.
Heir Apparent would be a heavy Sweet Business with an explosion every time it got automatically reloaded by Actium (very fun)
This would be a fun change for Actium War Rigs and something to make it feel on par with other exotics of its kind.

Imo Actium + Sweet Business is fine, no need to improve there. However, I'd like a reason to use Actium with something [i]other[/i] than Sweet Business because unless I'm using Business, I'm not wearing Actium because it just doesn't work right with other autos.
