Our raid group has encountered a problem within the first encounter of Garden of Salvation. The boss won't drop down the Voltaic Overflow after opening the second door. We have tried doing the encounter in many different ways but the boss just always ends up staying still after the second door and the encounter won't advance because the boss doesn't ever drop Voltaic Overflow again. You cannot even open up the 3rd door even if you tether to it. Just posting here to see if anyone else is having the same problem as us and if ya'll have any solutions to this.
