PLATFORM: Steam SYSTEM INFO: CPU: i7-6700k GPU: RTX 2080ti RAM: 32GB DDR4 GPU Driver Version: up to date as of 10/09/2024 OS Version: Win 10 ISSUE: When casting Empowering Rift while using an Exotic Class item with Spirit of Filaments (and in my case, Spirit of the Swarmers), the Devour perk does not apply. This becomes even less consistent when the player has many buffs in their leftmost HUD. REPRO STEPS: Gain many buffs on your character from armor mods, fragments, etc. Cast empowering rift. ACTUAL RESULT: Empowerment buff applies, but Devour does not. In my case, I am using Weaver's Call, and the Threadlings deploy correctly. EXPECTED RESULT: Upon casting Empowering Rift, Devour should be granted to the player consistently, even when they have a highly-populated buff UI or have a Swarmers + Filaments Exotic Class Item NOTES: There appears to be a small delay between when the Empowerment and Devour buffs appear in the HUD text. Perhaps this delay is related to the issue? Sometimes holding the input makes it seem like Devour applies more consistently, but this may be fluke. Also, again, please note that I have been reproducing this with a Spirit of Swarmers + Filaments Class Item, as well as Weaver's Call, and both of these things may be interacting with the Warlock Rift ability in different/conflicting ways.
