Not all Pinnacle rewards are being granted above current power level
Not all Pinnacle rewards are being granted above current power level. I have confirmed with my clan that others are experiencing the same and some have it worse than me.
Let me start off by saying yes, I have 2000 armor and weapons equipped in every slot.
Yes the activities that I completed were labeled as "Pinnacle Gear"
This is what my experience so far and that of my clan members has been for each of the activities:
Warlords Ruin: 1997 reward
Weekly 50 waves of new onslaught playlist: 2002
My pathfinder completed via crucible: 2002
Clan members pathfinder: 1900
Because this seems like a bug I have stopped trying to get pinnacle rewards because there is no point if everything is lower power than my current gear.

Came here to report the same all of my drops are only 1997. You worded your post far better than I could have nice work.

Same here. Warlords Ruin showed Pinnacle… didn’t drop any higher than my base power of 2000. Starcrossed… showed Pinnacle, no drop higher than my base. I did another one (can’t remember) no Pinnacle.

Same. Pathfinder After 1st Reset: nothing, not even 2000. Warlords Ruin: 2000 (I have 2001) Failsafe: 2001 (as mentioned 2001) First the bad decision to reintroduce the level grind after 2 years and then to assue such a waste of time from the players. Not funny.
