Can no longer create tonics after the following: 1. Started seasonal quest will full quest inventory, Tonic Brewing Guide was sent to the Postmaster (did not realize it at the time). 2. I proceeded with the seasonal quest [i]without[/i] picking up Tonic Brewing Guide, and was able to complete the Prologue and Eliksni Rescue quests, making and using tonics with no issues. 3. I picked up the Tonic Brewing Guide quest from the Postmaster, and am now stuck on the first step (collect reagents) and can no longer collect reagents to brew tonics. Quest cannot be abandoned and I have tried relogging. Edit: As a temporary workaround, tonics can be crafted on another character. They are account-wide.
