As the title says, the Eramis in the Last City destination located down in the prison area does not conform to the volume settings I have applied. She is drastically louder than any other NPC, and upon repeat play through with different volume settings, her volume dosen't change. Even with all in-game sound settings set to zero, she still has the ability to speak at high volume.
