Adam Ant Themed Armour Sets - Imagine the Possibilities!
I’ve been thinking about how awesome it would be to have some Adam Ant-inspired armour sets in Destiny 2. Each set reflects a different iconic phase of Adam Ant’s career, perfectly aligned with the Hunter, Warlock, and Titan classes:
1. Kings of the Wild Frontier: Dandy Highwayman
Hunter: Think classic swashbuckling attire with a punk twist—tricorn hat, long coat with epaulettes, and sleek trousers perfect for an agile Hunter. The set would have a bold colour scheme and intricate, stylish details for that rogue, “highwayman” feel.
2. New Romantic Phase: Glam Pirate
Warlock: Channeling a more flamboyant, regal look. Flowing robes with metallic accents, a touch of lace, and embroidered patterns. A Warlock would truly own the glam pirate aesthetic, with a luxurious coat that trails behind them in battle.
3. Prince Charming Era
Titan: Majestic and imposing, with a nod to the “Prince Charming” music video. The armour could feature ornate shoulder plates, a royal sash, and baroque-style embellishments, giving Titans that noble but powerful look—like a knight ready to dance and fight in equal measure.
4. Goody Two Shoes Era: Tailored Rebel
Hunter: A sleek, sharp set that blends sophistication with a touch of rebellion. Think tailored jackets, fitted trousers, and subtle leather accents—reminiscent of a stylish rebel ready to defy the rules. Perfect for those sneaky, stylish Hunters who look good while striking from the shadows.
What do you all think? Would love to see these in-game as armour sets/skins or maybe your preference would be for the classic Frankie Goes to Hollywood look?
