I mean, is it that hard to take one of the HUNDREDS of shaders/ghosts/sparrows/guns and armor ornaments that they sell, and throw one of them into a RNG rewards box at the end of Strikes, Crucible, and Gambit? Or how about refreshing the rewards for Dares of Eternity, Wellspring, Lost Sectors, Raids, Dungeons, and Onslaught with exotic items that previously were only available with silver?
It seems so completely tone deaf that they don't try to refresh interest (even by a little) in these by offering a mystery cosmetic prize in the rewards boxes.
Inflation is a real thing, and our disposable income isn't unlimited!

Yes, I think Bungie should put some of the Eververse items as [b]additional[/b] activity rewards. However I don’t think it would have much of an impact on activity participation.

[/b][/quote] I have every cosmetic I want without spending a dime of my income D2 is the most generous non-indy game when it comes to cosmetics , 99% of items in Eververse is eventually sold for Dust, which is free
