can you please decrease high impact damage to 37 per headshot (can still 2 burst all resils) and please increase the flinch long range weapons receive when being shot at by close range weapons
there should be 0 situations where I get 2 bursted in sidearm distance, while using a sidearm
it's a joke, I didn't think Elsie's rifle would be this broken but that just showed me the opposite, no amount of flinch resist should allow you to use that type of weapon effectively in all ranges

Skill issue you should be able to out move and gun high impact pulse users up close with a sidearm. Have you considered moving and shooting at the same time
