I just want to understand the logic behind putting wall hacks in pvp? It was removed from sanguine alchemy, lorenz, one eyed but for some reason prismatic hunter with 3 ability damage sources smoke, decoy and grenade with no risk reward all with staggeringly low cooldowns, sitting at the back of the map with high impact with a ttk rivalling sidearms also need wall hacks and yet what needs a further range nerf is 140 Hand cannons that were already hitting for peanuts
Even drengrs lash on titans has a far less effective radius than winters shroud
I swear the incompetence of bungie when it comes to balancing actually impresses me every single time and they wonder why people have abandoned the game

Hunters have always been the pvp crutch class. If anything comes close, the hunter mains (80%of the community) screams with tears for nerfs. That’s why the Titan class got gutted.
-
Three things A: hunter already got nerfed and honestly in a way that you wouldn’t like because it’s never going to be how you want it to be B: I doubt they can do much that won’t inadvertently cause damage to any other subclass that belongs to the hunter C: stop asking for a playstyle to be nerfed, cause as much as it is your never going to stop begging and begging till it no longer kills you I’m going to give you a few words that you’re it like at all, cause hunters have always been a odd class to balance in a way that makes them fun but not overbearing, they won’t decrease damage numbers for abilities and if they did the weakening from their smoke grenades won’t decrease anymore since I think they are at their lowest weakening value Sorry to say but this entire situation is going to be sticking around for a hell of a lot longer and it’s cause bungie isn’t doing something that will fix it at all but put a bandage over a bleeding wound

Skill issue?by this logic we need to nerf titan melee because it is the strongest in pvp, and with the changes it will be even stronger...stop cry and play or not
-
Ya you cheese the -blam!- out of titan and talk about hunters. My god if hunters had that exact build you are running it would be game over.

Bungie suffers from Survivor’s Bias when it comes to class numbers. They see Hunters have the highest player count and think this means their style is more popular while failing to realize their high pick-rate is often due to their overtuned/overpowered abilities and exotics. Bungie proceeds to design new content that tends to favor Hunters because of this misinterpretation. This has been most obvious with this expansion, with the clearest examples being Titan Prismatic and the final encounter of Salvations Edge.
-
Bungie needs to show charts on how crucible is filled with hunters. Playing against titans and warlocks is extremely rare. Unless they are on my team. Other team is nothing but hunters.

I like that idea. Hunters are the easiest class to play by far and have way too many get out of jail free cards in their utility belt

The "wall hacks" were available on Foetracer for YEARS, and no one said a word. What changed? Nothing, except the popularity of the Exotic has affected your perception of it. If Bungie thinks Knucklehead deserves a nerf, they'll nerf it. Until then, adapt and deal.
-
Ikr. It’s removed from Another World, OEM, even Sunshot, but then Knucklehead gets wallhacks, along with enhanced radar that can be used during ADS, a direct damage buff to low health targets, AE, the list goes on.

How dare you talk like this about Bungie's precious babies?
-
What happens in PvE doesn't affect other players, but the balancing or unbalancing in PvP is a major issue, and always has been. Why do you think hunters are the most played character? From the launch of D1, Bungie should have designed the three characters with strengths when combined as a team (PvE), but weaknesses when fighting each other (PvP). Basing it on a rock, paper, scissors idea, whereas each character can cancel out the others strengths. Things would have been different maybe, if Cayde would have been a Titan or a Warlock.
-
How about we give them to Titans and Warlocks instead. It would cut down those using actual hacks by a significant margin. Overall, this is Destiny. It will never be balanced.
