The Enhanced version of Eddy Current is currently seems to be WORSE than the non-enhanced version, in that it does not activate while Amplified as intended. This happens with the Enhanced perk on both Crafted weapons, as well as randomly rolled weapons capable of being Enhanced. This is particularly frustrating on the latter, as there is no way to *undo* the Enhancement.
