PLEASE tune down ability spam in PvP
It’s everywhere. And the Titan buffs coming will only exaggerate the issue. Please do another checkmate pass. Special ammo is back in abundant supply too.

The titan buffs would have almost no effect on the overall ability output of titans. The only change would be the lower cooldown when missing shiver strike.
