Hello,
I recently purchased the new expansion "The Final Shape," but I did not receive the Season Pass "Episode Echo" that is supposed to come with it. I'm confused because it should have been included. Additionally, two of my friends bought the exact same thing as me, and they received their Season Passes without any issues.
Could you please help me resolve this problem? Thank you!

Edited by BNGHelp9: 9/25/2024 7:43:16 AMHey there, it looks like you bought The Final Shape on Steam, and then cross-saved to bring your Epic characters over as the Active account. That made your Steam game profile, with the episode pass, become dormant and inaccessible. Cross-saving first and then purchasing on Steam would have applied the pass to the Active Epic Games profile. You can still use the form viiTactiiCZz provided, just giving a bit of explanation on what I think has happened.

Did you use a second account to purchase it? if so its working as intended.
