Is there a SINGLE guardian out there that WANTED the power band back?

Maybe i'm officially clinically insane, but this seems like the most unwanted thing they could have done.

4 RepliesNope. With everything power capped, like -5 dungeons, what is the actual point? Power level is currently irrelevant. However, if things revert to where we can over-level, then yeah, it makes sense.
