All of the information in my account—name, email, address—has been replaced by anonymous data. Including the information for orders that are in processing.
There's no way for me to correct the email on file because it needs a password but I sign in through Bungie.net, and there's no way to reset the account password because the email is some random anonymous email.
Inexplicably the Bungie Store doesn't have an online chat or phone number, only email or support request (neither of which they've responded to. How can I get this resolved to ensure I not only get my Nerf code, but that I receive the Solstice skateboard deck I ordered?

Unfortunately Bungie help can't help in this matter. You will need to work with the store to resolve the issue.
